Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges
- Before 90 days: ₹250 + ₹500 per head
- Before 60 days: 15% of tour price
- Before 50 days: 20% of tour price
- Before 45 days: 30% of tour price
- Before 30 days: 40% of tour price
- Before 15 days: 50% of tour price
- Before 07 days: 70% of tour price
- Within 72 hours: No refund
Booking Terms
- Advance booking: ₹5,000/head (before 90 days); balance before 15 days
- Entry fees & guide charges borne by passengers
- Rooms allotted family-wise (min. 3 heads in DBR)
- Ticket fare as applicable on date of journey
- LTC/LFC bill: 5% extra on total price
- Tour price if cancelled due to natural causes: 20% retention
Booking of seat means the passenger has accepted all the terms & conditions of Puja Travels India.
